Neighborhood Overview

Ocean Terrace Park
Tucked behind the dunes, the new five-acre Ocean Terrace Park forms a lush entry to the beach. Acclaimed landscape architect Raymond Jungles drew on the work of his mentor, Brazilian modernist Roberto Burle Marx, to design this tropical oasis, which is thick in native palms, gumbos, buttonwoods, and spider lilies. Sinuous pathways wind by cascading fountains, secluded gardens, and Reflection, a commissioned sculpture by globally renowned French artist Prune Nourry, whose work evokes memory, resilience, and the role of women in history.

Retail
Luxury and specialty shops fill Ocean Terrace’s 15,000 square feet of street-level retail, offering essentials for daily life and special occasions. The collection of exquisite boutiques forms a captivating, village-like atmosphere just moments from the beach.
