Witkoff and Ocean Terrace Holdings recognized the singular potential of the site, an oceanfront block in the verdant neighborhood of North Beach, and assembled an exceptional team to bring their ambitious vision to life. Revuelta Architecture International conceived flowing, sculptural exteriors that echo the shoreline and enfold the property’s two stylishly restored midcentury structures. RAMSA’s interiors reflect similar organic forms while evoking Art Deco classicism and Brazilian modernism, creating a beautiful sense of place. These indoor-outdoor spaces extend to Enea Landscape Architecture’s lush tropical gardens and Raymond Jungles’ textured oceanfront park. Together, this team achieved dynamic designs that forge an iconic landmark within South Florida.

Since 1985, Raymond Jungles, Inc. (RJI) has developed a dynamic practice inspired by the ethic of stewardship of the land under the leadership of Raymond Jungles. Jungles was a protégé and longtime friend of Roberto Burle Marx — the renowned Brazilian artist and landscape architect celebrated for his iconic designs such as the Copacabana promenade and the gardens of Brasília. Like his mentor, Jungles approaches design with a reverence for native plants and a deep commitment to ecological restoration. Based in Miami, RJI has crafted richly textured gardens for some of the most significant private estates in South Florida as well as many notable public commissions. Each project reflects a sensitive yet innovative approach, grounded in the firm’s guiding principles of integrity, relevance, and honoring nature. These values are evident in the design of the five-acre Ocean Terrace Park and its pavilion beachfront bar.
